Our story
We started with a feeling
Opened in July 2026, Cameron Park Early Learning Centre is a testament to what happens when a family pours their entire soul into a dream.
When we first sat down years ago to sketch out the vision for Cameron Park Early Learning Centre, we didn’t start with architectural lines or business models. We started with a feeling. We asked ourselves: How can we create a sanctuary for children? How do we build a space that doesn’t feel like an institution or a corporation but feels like a home, a place for children to joyfully play and to freely be themselves?
We dreamed of a wondrous, nurturing environment where the magic of childhood is protected and nurtured, and where relationships are the absolute heartbeat of everything we do.

From vision to reality

A journey defined by grit
But as anyone who has ever chased a big dream knows, the road from vision to reality is rarely smooth. Our journey was defined by pure grit, persistence, and an unyielding refusal to compromise. We faced complex council approvals and the exhausting, unpredictable challenges of a major build. There were sleepless nights, financial strains, and moments where the mountain ahead felt too steep to climb.

We refused to cut corners
Yet, every time we hit a roadblock, we anchored ourselves back to our purpose. We refused to cut corners. We insisted on sustainable, innovative design because we knew our children deserved the absolute best. We fought for the expansive, raw, natural outdoor spaces you see today—places where children can get mud on their hands, look up at the rain, frolic in leaves and connect with the awe and beauty of nature.

The real reward
When we finally opened these doors, and our beautiful centre was honoured as the NSW Building Design of the Year, it was a proud moment. But let me tell you honestly — the true reward was never that award. The real reward is the sound of children’s laughter echoing through our sun-drenched rooms. It was seeing an anxious parent take a deep breath, look around, and realise, “My child belongs here. My family belongs here.” That is the true reward.
As we look to the future, the promise remains unchanged. CPELC continues to honour and protect the spirit of childhood. We will continue to prioritise valued and meaningful relationships. And we will always ensure that Cameron Park remains a place where every single child has a safe, nurturing and inspiring space to truly belong.

Because no one knows your child better than you do, we actively seek your insights and guidance throughout the year. By understanding your child’s unique characteristics, wellbeing, and home learning experiences, we can build a personalised foundation for their growth and care.

A Child Care Subsidy approved service, and we also offer NSW Start Strong Fee Relief for 3 and 4 year olds.
Above ratio, every day
We intentionally maintain educator ratios that guarantee constant, vigilant supervision.
Award-winning design
Honoured by the Building Designers Association of Australia with NSW Building Design of the Year, NSW State Sustainable Project of the Year and Overall State Project of the Year.
150 children per day · 6 weeks – 6 years · 3 separate buildings · Open 52 weeks a year · All meals cooked fresh onsite
