Cameron Park Early Learning Centre features a state-of-the-art, purpose-built facility recognised for excellence in design and sustainability. Our innovative building has been honoured with major industry accolades, including the Building Designers Association of Australia (BDA) award for NSW Building Design of the Year, NSW State Sustainable Project of the Year, and Overall State Project of the Year.

Sensory Therapy Room
A dedicated space carefully designed with tactile, visual, and calming elements to support children’s diverse emotional and physiological well-being needs.
Community Space
A collaborative hub designed to bring educators, families, and early childhood practitioners together for ongoing research, educational workshops, and shared community consultation.
Eco-Friendly Classrooms
Modern internal learning spaces configured to maximise natural light and airflow, seamless transition between indoors and out and thoughtfully presented with rich open-ended resources to inspire creativity and empower children as they learn and explore.
Our three buildings
Nursery, toddlers and preschool
Spanning over separate 3 buildings – nursery, toddlers and preschool, CPELC caters for 150 children per day from 6 weeks to 6 years of age.
Nursery · 0–2 years
Our nursery is home to the Rainbow, Silver and Yellow Rooms, where our youngest learners are supported to grow, explore and build secure relationships in a sanctuary of warmth and gentle care.
Toddlers
The Purple and Blue Rooms give our toddlers the space to develop independence, confidence and social skills through play-based learning.
Preschool
Our preschool spans the Pink Room (3–4 years), Green Room (3–4 years) and Gold Room (4–5 years) — environments carefully designed to foster curiosity, creativity and school readiness.
Our rooms are spread across three buildings: Building One holds the Rainbow and Silver Nursery Rooms; Building Two the Yellow Nursery Room, the Purple and Blue Toddler Rooms and the Pink Preschool Room; and Building Three, our newest addition, the Green and Gold Preschool Rooms.
Outdoors
Expansive natural playgrounds
Stepping outside into our sweeping landscaped outdoor environment, you will be welcomed into our natural living and learning space, where children connect with nature in all its awe and beauty. With the changing seasons, they witness growth, observe life cycles, and develop a deep respect and appreciation for their natural world.
Children are encouraged to immerse themselves fully in nature, touching leaves, creating with sticks and stones, digging in the earth, climbing in trees, and hiding in the lush grasses, inviting endless discovery, free-flow movement, and risky play.
We use regular yarning circles to discuss environmental stewardship. Children are taught to see themselves not as owners of nature, but as caretakers, learning from the sustainable practices of the world’s oldest living continuous culture.
Our country’s landscape invites Dadirri — meaning “listening to the earth” — to teach children to slow down and connect with the spirit of the land.
Menu & nutrition
Three in-house cooks, every meal made from scratch
We are incredibly proud to feature three dedicated in-house cooks, who work in our state-of-the-art kitchen across the week with our kitchen assistant. Our culinary team prepares all meals from scratch, ensuring that every bite your child takes is packed with whole foods, bursting with flavour, and tailored to meet the highest nutritional standards for growing bodies.
A menu that moves with the seasons
Our cooks design a nutritious seasonal menu that changes throughout the year to align with the recommended dietary guidelines. Our menus feature:
- Peak seasonal produce — utilising fresh, vibrant ingredients when they are at their nutritional peak.
- Wholesome diversity — introducing children to a rich tapestry of textures, cultural flavours, and diverse food groups.
- Allergy and dietary care — our three cooks closely collaborate with families to safely customise meals for children with specific allergies, intolerances, or cultural dietary requirements.
All meals are prepared fresh onsite each day by our qualified cooks, and all dietary requirements are catered for. As we provide all food, and have many differing allergies to cater for, we do not allow any food items to be brought into the service.

The preschool dining room experience

As children transition into our preschool room, their relationship with food evolves into a social ritual. Our preschoolers enjoy their meals in their very own designated dining room. This purpose-built space is separate from their play areas and serves as a shared place for children to come together, connect, and enjoy delicious, wholesome food.
Sleep & rest
Nurturing spaces for rest and relaxation
Just as we value the vibrant energy of active discovery, we hold an equal reverence for the quiet, reflective undercurrents of the day. Grounded in holistic well-being, our rhythm ensures abundant opportunities for rest and relaxation.
Rest at our centre is a personalised ritual. For some, it is deep, restorative sleep; for others, it is curling up with a book in a sunlit corner, listening to ambient music.
Safety & supervision
Our Child Safe Statement
At Cameron Park Early Learning Centre, we hold a zero-tolerance policy for child abuse, neglect, and harm. The safety, protection, and psychological well-being of every child in our care is our absolute priority. We are fully committed to creating an open, safe, and culturally inclusive environment where children feel secure and empowered.
Our team operates in strict alignment with the NSW Child Safe Standards and the National Quality Framework. We recognise that keeping children safe is a collective, non-negotiable responsibility shared by every owner, leader, educator, and staff member in our community.
Our safeguarding practices
To uphold our promise of total safety, we enforce a comprehensive framework across our entire service.
Strict screening
Every team member, volunteer, and student must clear exhaustive pre-employment screening, including current Working With Children Checks (WWCC) and, where applicable, National Police Checks.
Ongoing training
All staff complete mandatory government child safety training as well as annual Child Protection Training and refresher courses through a third party provider.
Mandatory reporting
All educators act as mandatory reporters under NSW law, trained to identify, document, and immediately escalate any safety concerns.
Child voice
We actively encourage children to express their views, teach them about their personal body rights, and ensure they know how to raise concerns with trusted adults.
Secure premises
We control physical and digital environments through robust surveillance protocols, precise sign-in / sign-out procedures, and strict authorised collection policies.
Risk management
Regular safety audits and extensive risk assessments are performed for all learning spaces, resources, and special centre excursions.
At Cameron Park Early Learning Centre, we intentionally maintain educator ratios that guarantee constant, vigilant supervision. We continually audit our procedures to defend the absolute right of every child to feel safe, heard, and protected.
