If you’d like to enrol your child into Cameron Park Early Learning Centre, we will first schedule a visit. During this visit, one of our staff will show you around and discuss daily routines, programs, policies and orientation procedure. If we cannot guarantee your child’s placement at this point, you will be invited to complete our waitlist application. We will then contact you when/if a position becomes available.

We understand the introduction into long day care can be daunting for children and parents. Children’s welfare and wellbeing are the priority for primary care educators when welcoming new children to the centre and when assisting the family to settle into the centre environment.

We will organise a meet and greet session with your child’s educators where you will have the opportunity to ask questions and get to know the staff.

Easing your child gradually into care promotes a more successful transition ensuring their emotional wellbeing and sense of contentment.

We recommend a start of a few hours a day for the first few days. We understand due to work circumstances this may not be possible and there is of course, flexibility in the orientation schedule.

If your child becomes unwell, we will contact you immediately and you may be required to pick your child up.

We are committed to providing and maintaining a healthy environment, so please do not send your child to the centre, if sick.

In the case your child has been prescribed antibiotics, our centre’s policy requires the child to have been taking the medication for at least 24 hours prior to returning to the centre.

We are open Monday to Friday, 7.00am to 6.00pm, 51 weeks per year, closed during the Christmas/New Year period and on Public Holidays.
