Cameron Park ELC is a registered Child Care Subsidy (CCS) service provider.
What we provide
Provided every day, included in your day
Our service provides breakfast between 7am–7:45am, morning tea, lunch & afternoon tea, all incursions, expansive grounds for play and exploration, above child : staff ratio care and a quality early childhood education program.

Breakfast is served between 7am and 7:45am. All meals are prepared fresh onsite each day by our qualified cooks.

In the rooms

Natural materials, open-ended resources and the everyday provocations your child will meet are all set up and ready — there is a short list of things to bring, and we look after the rest.
What to bring
What families need to bring
- 3 changes of clothing allowing for changes in weather.
- Any special comforters eg. Dummy
- Bottles (if required): Pre-filled with water, formula measured out in canister, breast milk can be frozen on request and stored in our freezer
- Nappy change cream, labelled with the child’s name from the pharmacy (if required)
- 5-6 Nappies (if required)
- A wide brim sun hat…caps are not acceptable
- A fitted and a flat cot sheet.
- Pillow (not applicable for children in cots)
- A reusable “wet bag” for dirty/soiled clothing to be sent home (this will be provided to you on enrolment)
Please do not send food from home. As we provide all food, and have many differing allergies to cater for, we do not allow any food items to be brought into the service.

Cameron Park ELC is a registered Child Care Subsidy (CCS) service provider.
Under the CCS system, all families are required to inform the Australian Government of their intention to enrol their child in an Early Education and Care service. Families are then assessed based on income and activity as to the level of Child Care Subsidy they may be entitled to.
There are three factors that determine a family’s level of Child Care Subsidy
- Combined annual family income
- Activity test – the activity level of both parents
- Service type – type of child care service and whether the child attends school
The Child Care Subsidy is paid directly to service providers to be passed on to families as a fee reduction. Families make a co-contribution (known as the gap fee) to their child care fees and pay the provider the difference between the fee charged and the subsidy amount. This gap fee payment must be made electronically. Cash payments to services are not permitted.
| All children in care | All children in care are entitled to 72 hours per fortnight of subsidised childcare which equates to 3 days per week. |

| Children of parents working 48 hours or more per fortnight | Children of parents working 48 hours or more per fortnight are entitled to 100 hours of subsidised care, which equates to 4 or 5 days care per week. |
| Sessions at CPELC | CPELC offer 10 hour sessions for children in care 5 days a week to ensure your entire week is covered by CCS hours. |
| NSW Start Strong Program | Children turning 3 and 4 before 31st July each year may be entitled to an additional fee relief payment under the NSW Start Strong Program. |

We are opening Monday – Friday 7am-6pm. CPELC opens 52 weeks a year, closing on public holidays only.
Yes! Our service follows the Early Years Learning Framework and runs a full preschool program, meaning your child can complete their entire early years journey at CPELC making lasting friendships to carry them into kindergarten whilst feeling safe and secure within their familiar learning environment.
We are blessed to have a very low staff turnover. Our recent extension saw a staff growth of 30%, however prior to that, the shortest length of service with CPELC had been two years, with an average of approx. 5 years service. Many of our long standing educators began their traineeships with us and stayed on as qualified educators. Outside of the family members employed within the service, our management team have been with us between 6 and 15 years.
