What do I need to bring?
- 2 x Change of clothes

- Comforters where applicable
- Required formula (made up in named bottles)
- Bed linen (fitted and flat sheet -pillow optional
How do I enrol my child?
The first step in your application process is to schedule a visit to our Centre. During your visit, the centre director or administration personnel will show you around and discuss:
- The daily routine for your child’s room
- The centre’s programs
- The centre’s orientation procedure
- The centre’s policies
At this time you will be invited to complete a waitlist application (this is not a guaranteed position). We will then contact you when/if a position becomes available.
What is the orientation procedure?
We understand that for children who join our service it may be their first experience away from home and some children may feel uncertain about starting in a new environment. As all children are unique, so too are their settling in patterns.
Typically, we arrange two 1 hour orientation sessions, the first in which we invite you to stay with your child, the second in which we encourage to leave your child for the hour, if comfortable. Although, should you feel you required more time, we are happy to meet needs and provide orientation strategies designed for you and your child.
What if my child gets sick?
If your child becomes unwell, we will contact you immediately and you may be required to pick up your child. We are committed to providing and maintaining a healthy environment so please do not send your child to the Centre if they are unwell.
Our centre has a 24 hour exclusion policy for any vomiting or diarrhoea illnesses. Any child on antibiotics must have been taking the medication for a 24 hour period prior to returning to the centre.
What are the hours of Operation?
We are open 51 weeks in a calendar year Monday to Friday and closed only during the Christmas/New Year period and on Public Holidays.
